Shipment

Mr. Kratom's online store is shipping with DHL again. We want to contribute something for our climate and can therefore continue to offer a climate-neutral shipping.

Up to an order quantity of 500g it will be shipped in a bubble envelope, everything above that will be shipped in an additional box.
 

Our shipments are all insured, once you place an order and it is entered into the system, you will be sent an email with a tracking number so you can track your order.
 

The shipment will be made within one business day after receipt of payment, There is again a regular Saturday shipping.
 

For an order of 90€ the shipping is free in Germany.
 

Mr. Kratom usually ships the order Monday - Friday before 13.00, as soon as the payment is received before 11 am or ordered by cash on delivery. Up to a value of 90€ you can send us a screenshot of your bank transfer, this will be accepted as proof. This should also be received by us no later than 10 a.m. in order to ship your package on the same day.

However, we reserve the right to change this without notice as soon as there is any fraud.
 
Kratom can be shipped to the following countries:
 

Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Hungary, Malta, Bulgaria.
 

Shipping costs:
 

Shipping costs for any order under 90€ - 4,95€.

From an order of 90€ we ship free of charge in Germany.

Shipping costs to Austria are 8,95€.
 
Other additional options are now available:

•     Guaranteed delivery on the next business day 12,95€ (free shipping is omitted here) Saturday excluded.
•     Delivery to a DHL Paketshop or Packstation, which is automatically determined in your area (no additional costs)
•     DHL Cash on Delivery + 9,50€.
